Immigration Attorney Workshop: Immigration and Employment Options after Graduation

Attorneys Megan Parker-Johnson and Prasant Desai from Iandoli Desai & Cronin, P.C., will present this hour-long virtual workshop on post-graduation employment-based visa options, as well as pathways to permanent residency. This virtual workshop will be available to international students and scholars. The workshop will cover visa classifications such as the H-1B temporary worker, as well as alternatives to the H-1B visa such as the TN, H1B1, E-3, O-1, and L-1 visas. The presentation will also discuss how to transition from a nonimmigrant visa to a green card and will provide an overview of different employment-based pathways to lawful permanent residence, such as EB-1A, EB-1B, EB-1C, NIW and PERM (Labor Certification).
