International Students and Scholar Services extends its wishes to all of our community members for a restful and peaceful winter break!

Here are some brief reminders for international students and scholars:

• The ISSS office will be closed from Tuesday, December 23, 2025 and will reopen on Tuesday, January 6, 2026.
• Routine questions can be sent to isss@brown.edu; non-urgent inquiries will receive a response after we reopen on Tuesday, January 6, 2026.
• F-1 / J-1 students and scholar can continue to submit travel signature and other requests through the ISSS Gateway.
• Review our 2025 Winter Break Travel Information for additional information about routine travel requirements, travel safety, and emergency contacts
